The challenge
Landcom, the NSW Government's land and property developer, sought to build genuine internal AI capability and accelerate the application of AI to streamline operations and support better decision-making across the organisation. Rather than a limited pilot, the strategy called for a governed, organisation-wide rollout of Claude as an agentic platform for all 200 staff.
The approach
DeepWeaver, Landcom's trusted AI partner, drove the enablement program end-to-end.
- 01
Claude enablement and training
A DeepDive session on AI fundamentals and all Claude surfaces, then role-based training on prompting, skills and Cowork, and upskilling on long-running and Claude-managed agents.
- 02
Claude rollout and activation
Enterprise-wide deployment of the full Claude suite to all 200 staff, with connectors and guardrails configured for everyday use.
- 03
Claude governance
A governance model, usage controls and responsible AI framework for a compliant rollout across every user.
- 04
FDE deployment
Onsite forward-deployed engineering to accelerate adoption, build production-grade skills and agents, and ensure responsible use.
- 05
Ongoing support
A retained forward-deployed engineer and continuing enablement as new Claude surfaces and capabilities land.
